The staff in general were extremely helpful and professional.
Our room was situated outside the hotel, which made it quite noisy during early mornings due to the bin collection. Despite closing the windows, the noise was noticeable, and it affected our sleep. Additionally, there was no air conditioning until May, leading to an uncomfortably warm room that reminded me of a sauna.

What an amazing stay! The room was stunning with ornate ceilings and beautiful antique furniture. The terrace overlooking the canal was perfect for our morning coffee. Unfortunately, breakfast was just adequate, lacking some variety.
